There are five federal agencies participating:
- Employee Benefits Security Administration
- Wage and Hour Division
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration
- Veterans’ Employment and Training Service
- Mine Safety and Health Administration
While the guidance provided can be a valuable tool in identifying potential areas of non-compliance, it’s important to note that DOL opinion letters are not legally binding.
